Use the back of spoon to scrape a small amount of Dr Wang ointment and apply it on the affected area
Use the rounded part of the spoon for gentle massage
Use the side of the spoon for Gua Sha. Apply smooth and firm strokes to the affected area in one direction and repeat the steps.
Use the narrow tapered end of the spoon to press on the different acupoints.
